The Better Days Cafe aims to improve the lives of people in the community.
Offering a drop in mental health and signposting service. Mental health workshops for adults and teenagers.
The cafe offers people with Learning disabilities and/or Mental health issues a chance to learn skills in order to enter into work.
From till skills, customer service and kitchen hygiene certificates, alongside interview skills and CV advice.
Offering 1 to 1 Support
To people with Learning disabilities and mental health issues.
To gain confidence, life skills and to promote, safe, independent living.
Support will be Cafe based, offering camera club, art therapy and access to Nature. Nutritional advice and cooking skills can be offered too.
